   Honorable Rinpoche,
   I am setting up a school for children and parents to learn Chinese traditional culture, organic farming and buddhism in a rural area next to Wuhan, Hubei province. After 9 months preparation, now we have 7 children from 6 to13 years old, Parents from 4 of them are in our small community without any income(single mother or no support from father) trying to making living by our own.
   We rent some land and some facilities, wish can set up a sustainable community later. But this first years I experienced some pressure. Therefor I wish can apply for a 20-30 thousand Rmb fund.
   Is this kind of application are acceptable?Please inform me by email.
