Carolyn studied economics at Yale University and went on to get an MBA from Harvard Business School. She worked in the finance industry (investment banking, private equity, etc.) and did some management consulting. Now she is a full-time mother serving her two young bosses —Dylan and Daphne—at home. She joined the Academic Development Committee in 2015 and also serves on the board of Siddhartha’s Intent Hong Kong. Carolyn met Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche in 1990 and has been enchanted by him ever since.
