Esty is Singaporean, working in the media broadcasting industry with Viacom International Media Networks as Operations Coordinator. She became interested in Buddhism in 2005 and has been studying with Rinpoche since 2006. She has been volunteering as one of the KF representatives for Singapore since 2013.
