Noa Jones is a writer of fiction and creative non-fiction. She is a graduate of the MFA writing program at Hunter College of the City University of New York. She has written for a number of newspapers and magazines and is the editor of several books. Her public relations, non-profit development, event coordination, and corporate communications clients included Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, Wonderbra, Friends of the LA River, and several film festivals. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Recently, she spent three years overseeing the development of education initiatives in Bhutan for the Lhomon Society. Noa has been Khyentse Foundation’s communications director since 2001 and is on the Buddhist Education for Children Steering Committee.
