Thank you very much for this excellent translation! By the way, the ebook version doesn’t seem to work like an ebook.
nor the pdf one ,at least on my tablet.On my desktop using Mozilla as a pdf reader it appears fine and does not work at all on my tablet.It also shows some 2650 pages…..

I’ve tried downloading the ebook 3 times. It gets about ⅓ of the way done, then gives me a message: “Failed – network error”

Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble. Which browser have you tried downloading from? If your internet connection breaks up during the download it can cause an error message because it is a very large file. Please try from chrome and a secure connection if you haven’t already. Let me know if that works and if not I can send you a direct download that may make it easier.

Dear Willa, the ebook version can be challenging to download. You mentioned you tried two different browsers. If you haven’t tried Chrome please do so. And also make sure you aren’t downloading anything else at the time in the background. Such as from a dropbox account. I found that this can cause a break in the download stream. If you continue to have an issue please let us know here and I will send you a direct download.

I got more than 700 PDFs ,all of them appear perfectly on my tablet and only this one seems to have a huge problem!!!!!It appears with bold huge letters and can not read it at all.It also displays kinda strange characters or something,you can not read it .Both the pdf and epub version.
On Chrome, with a stable connection, the .pdf file works perfectly, so thank you for this precious book! I tried to download also the epub, but it keeps on telling me “operation failed”. If you can fix this, I’m grateful. In any case all my gratitude for the .pdf file. It’s precious!

Can anybody confirm they managed to download the epub and actually read it?
I managed to download it with 66 retries because the connection would be cut every 1,5 mb or 1,5 second or so.. details below.
But then opening the epub in Calibre or on my kobo device gave me unreadable text. Looking into the of the epub it’s 98% redundant html code.
So better just stick to the pdf, the epub is not worth the trouble. Unfortunately the epub formatting of “Poison is medicine” is the same. Is it readable on kindle?
I only managed to download the epub with this Linux command:
wget -t 0 https://khyentsefoundation.org/links/LifeOfJKW/TheLifeofJamyangKhyentseWangpo.epub
Btw, the .pdf downloads fine, but the .epub breaks connection, generally about 50-60% of the way through downloading it. Can someone take a look?
