PhD Scholarships

Khyentse Foundation PhD Scholarships support individuals who are currently working toward a doctorate in Buddhist or Translation Studies. This scholarship program helps doctoral students with their expenses for tuition, research activities, travel, publication, and related needs. KF accepts applications from people who are currently enrolled in a PhD program, doing research for their PhD degree, or working on their doctoral dissertation. People studying in any tradition, school, or sect of Buddhism are encouraged to apply. PhD Scholarship requirements:

• Current curriculum vitae
• Two-page summary of your PhD thesis
• Most recent academic transcript
• Letter of recommendation from your mentor or academic advisor
