FOR PRINTING ONTO PAPER SIZED 11 x 17 or A3

  1. Download the PDF file with the desired language and size.
  2. Either transfer file to a flash drive or locate a local printing service with online options for uploading.
  3. Request 80lb or 100lb matte paper.
  4. All files are formatted to either 11” x 17” (tabloid) or 297mm x 420mm (A3) NOTE: Both papers sizes are standard. Most countries use A3, but the USA, Canada, and parts of Mexico use 11” x 17” paper.
  5. Request the file to be printed “fit to paper” or “fit to printable area.”
  6. Request the crop marks to be included in the print; they should be there automatically.
  7. Ask the printer to trim to crop marks.
  8. For hanging, request a calendar hole punch at the top.
  9. The final calendar will be smaller than A3 or 11″ x 17″ if you print this way.

FOR PRINTING TO FULL 11 x 17 or A3 SIZE

  1. Download the PDF file with the desired language and size.
  2. Either transfer the file to a flash drive or locate a local printing service with online options for uploading.
  3. Request 80lb or 100lb matte paper.

  5. Request paper size 12 x 18 or A2. These sizes allow the calendar to be trimmed to 11 x17 or A3.
  6. Request the file to be printed “to size.”
  7. Request the crop marks to be included in the print; they should be there automatically.
  8. Ask the printer to trim the crop marks.
  9. For hanging, request a calendar hole punch at the top.
